Fabric:  you will need 4 fabrics for this quilt as follows:

 

	4.5 yards Background - This is your focus fabric.  Pick a print you like very much as this will be the theme of your quilt.
	7/8 yards Dark 1 - Select a color from your background fabric.  You want this fabric to be visible when pieced with your focus fabric.
	7/8 yards Dark 2 - Select a color from your background fabric.  You want this fabric to be visible when pieced with your focus fabric.
	1-3/4 yards Accent - This fabric should be a light value fabric in the focus fabric that would look good with Dark 1 and Dark 2 fabrics as well.
UPDATED 02/11/2006 Binding Fabric	3/4 yard your choice.  You may want to wait until you have completed the quilt top.

 

 

UPDATED 2/14/2006:    I've decided to make this quilt in two color ways.  I wanted to make another for a great nephew.  I'll share the fabrics when I make a gallery page.            

 

Notions you need to complete this quilt are sewing machine, matching thread, and rotary cutting supplies.
